Bridget Montgomery is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, Group Fitness Instructor and founder of Mind Move Therapy.

Bridget is currently studying Somatic healing under Sah D’Simone.

She merges psychotherapy, artistic expression and somatic/body/fitness practices to offer an embodied approach to healing that includes a physiology and neuroscience framework.

Bridget specializes in Somatic Psychology and works full-time with young adults in the intersection of movement and mental health.

Bridget spend over 10 years counseling adolescents impacted by numerous adverse childhood experiences (ACES). Bridget gives presentations on complex-childhood trauma, and the effects developmental trauma has on learning and future outcomes. Bridget gives workshops on mindfulness, somatic psychology and systemic change advocacy.

Bridget began dancing over 25 years ago and writes movement and dance curriculum rooted in flow, creative expression and storytelling.
