Mind Move Therapy Payment and Policies

Mind Move Therapy accepts private pay for both therapy and coaching. Please note: Coaching is not covered by insurance.

We are in-network with the following insurance providers for psychotherapy:

• BCBSIL PPO

• United Healthcare

• United EAP

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Cigna EAP

For coaching costs, please reach out directly to Bridget Montgomery.

Private Pay Psychotherapy Rates:
$150 per 60-minute session. Sliding scale appointments may be available on a limited basis for private pay clients.
For out-of-network clients, we can provide a superbill upon request.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment, as we hold your scheduled day and time exclusively for you.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee unless one of the following applies:

• We are able to reschedule your session within the same calendar week (we’ll do our best, though availability is not guaranteed).

• An unexpected emergency arises. In this case, we will discuss your situation and decide together whether the fee will apply.
