Meet your guide: Bridget is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, certified group fitness instructor, dancer and parent.

A self-proclaimed public dancer- a hum drum abolisher and inspired mover, she uses exercise, dance and somatic psychology for holistic health and is most passionate to share her knowledge with others, so that we may all live seeing ourselves elevated to our greatest potential. Movement is fun, transformative and ever changing, regardless of age or ability level. Bridget specializes in the use of movement for trauma recovery and stress management.
