This class is designed for individuals with complex trauma, or trauma from childhood.
Inner Child work encompasses the cognitions, imprinting and experiential elements of our childhood that carry over into adulthood. These parts can be creative, wounded or full of our untapped potential.
Tools we use include: DMT, prompts and discussion, somatic guidance.
Integrating parts of yourself is a therapeutic use of Inner Child work.
